Spirit Temple
Climb the stairs, go right and, with the Silver Gauntlets, push the block as far as you can. Destroy the Beamos and shoot the Longshot at the diamond on the ceiling to unlock the door. Open the door to the left, get rid of the Wolfos and play Zelda's Lullaby while standing on the Triforce symbol, which makes a chest fall from the ceiling. Use the Longshot on this chest to find the Compass, then come back to the previous room and open the right door. Collect the five silver rupees (use the Hover Boots to reach the one floating in the air) and play the Song of Time near the block which hides a Golden Skulltula. Then open the next door. Attack the Like Like with your sword and Longshot, pick up the Small Key in the chest, then go back to the room with a diamond on the ceiling. Open the locked door, get rid of another Like Like falling from the ceiling, then climb the wall. Use the Lens of Truth to see the Floormaster and get rid of it, then push the statue to light the third sun from the left and open the next door.
Back in the room with the giant statue, climb the stairs, jump on its left hand and play Zelda's Lullaby while standing on the symbol. If you fall down, use the target over the Armos statue. A chest will fall on the other hand, use the Longshot to get to it. (If you can't see it very well, you can use the Longshot from the western balcony). Take the Small Key from the chest, then jump down, shoot the Longshot at the target under the eastern stairs, climb the two sets of stairs, look left, then fire the Longshot at the chest. Smash down the switch with the Megaton Hammer, then jump and open the door south of the room. To get a shortcut between this room and the second floor, push the blocks and hit the switch with the Hammer. Go back to the previous room, climb the eastern stairs and open the locked door to the right.
Go ahead, open the door, burn down the three Gibdos with Din's Fire or Fire Arrows (or by drawing them near the fire by standing on the switch), then destroy the Beamos with a bomb or a Bombchu to unlock the door. Open the next door, go near the door to the right and shoot an arrow at the farthest Armos statue so it steps on the switch. Then quickly open the door behind you, climb the stairs (there are two invisible chests holding small hearts), then open the next door.
Iron Knuckle
Attack the iron warrior like you did when you were young, then open the door and once out, grasp the Mirror Shield!
Go back to the four Armos statues, step into the light and use your new shield to reflect the light on the sun on the wall (hold R down and move your joystick). Open the door next to it, take the Small Key, get out, then come back to the room on the right. Open the locked door, and get rid of the Beamos, along with the Skulltula in the middle of the moving wall. Then, using your Longshot, aim for the top of the ledge and you will quickly reach the next level. Destroy the two Beamos, go on, play Zelda's Lullaby while standing on the Triforce symbol and open the door. First get rid of the enemies, then destroy the door left of the chest with the Megaton Hammer, and shoot an arrow at the eye, which makes a second ceiling platform appear. Aim at the target on the ceiling with the Longshot, then jump on the block, step on the switch, jump and pick up the Boss Key in the chest.
Get out, turn right and open the door. Hit the diamond beneath with the Longshot, then open the door and get rid of the Lizalfos. If you need some bombs, reflect the light on the sun above the passage. Go on, get rid of the Bubbles, then blow up the wall east on the map to reach the corridor. Then, turn the statue so the light is reflected towards this corridor, then turn the next statue so the light is reflected towards the mirror on the other side of the wire fence. Go back to the previous room, get down on the pedestal with chains and use the Mirror Shield to bring the light on the sun on the wall (if you're holding a weapon, you won't be able to use the shield correctly). You now face the giant statue. Stand right in front of it, a little bit behind, use the Z lock in the middle of its face and use the shield again to erode it. Then shoot the Longshot at the wire fence and open the boss door. After a short encounter with the witches Koume and Kotake, fight the third Iron Knuckle so Nabooru is (temporarily) freed. Then, open the door and climb on the platform.
Sorceress Sisters, Twinrova
Attention: If you can't beat them on the first try, use this way to reach the boss: from the temple's entrance, climb the stairs, take the lift that you've created earlier, follow the corridor, open the door, and shoot the Longshot at one of the chains from the hanging platform! Use the Longshot again on the wire fence and go on.
The fight is divided in two steps: First, try to get both witches in your line of sight (without using the Z lock), then when one of them is attacking you, face her, and use your shield to reflect her attack at the other sorceress. After four hits, they will fuse and the second step will start: Use the Z lock right away and raise your shield for the first attack (fire or ice). The Mirror Shield will absorb and hold the attack. You then have to absorb two more attacks of the same type (fire or ice). If she sends the other attack, simply avoid it. Once your shield has absorbed three of the same attacks, it will reflect its power, so immediately aim it at the sorceress for as long as you can. If you succeed, she will fall. "Un-lock" her and quickly hit her with your sword. If you fail, you have to absorb three new attacks. If you fall from the platform, you have to start again as well (look at your shield to see if it flashes). Repeat this second step three or four times. Be careful, if you use the Biggoron Sword (which is recommended), you have to put it away to use the shield again. Next, pick up the well-deserved Heart Container and step into the blue light.
In the Chamber of Sages, Nabooru becomes the 6th Sage and will entrust you the last medallion, the Spirit Medallion.
Temple of Time
Back in the Desert Colossus, play the Prelude of Light to get back to the Temple of Time. There, you will meet Sheik again, who will tell you more about the Triforce, made of three triangles representing courage, wisdom and power. He says that seven years ago Ganondorf entered the Sacred Realm and touched the Triforce, which broke into three pieces. He received the power, while you received courage, and... Princess Zelda - hidden under Sheik's disguise! - received wisdom. After telling you her plan to banish the Evil Lord from Hyrule, and entrusting you with the Light Arrow, Zelda gets captured by Ganondorf who was watching Link. You know that he now possesses the Triforce of Wisdom from the Princess, as well as his own Triforce of Power.
It is now the perfect time to collect as much Pieces of Heart as possible (you can have up to 20 heart containers), to get the Biggoron Sword if you still don't have it, loot Gold Skulltulas tokens, bring together all four Bottles and have fun in the different games. When you feel ready, head to Ganondorf's Castle...
