General info on food and elixirs
Food: Includes fruits, mushrooms, herbs, vegetable, flowers, meat, fish, seafood, eggs, starches, spices, fairies.
Elixirs: Include pieces of monsters, insects (beetles, darners, butterflies, crickets), lizards, frogs
All combinations with materials other than those mentioned lead to dubious food. Same thing when combining materials from these two categories.
If you combine two materials having different effects (a zapshroom and a mighty carp for example), the effects are canceled and you get a recipe which only restores hearts (if the recipe is successful).
The quantity of materials has an impact on the quantity of restored life, power of the effect, and duration of the effect.
