Here are all of the equipment, potion and wallet upgrades which may be found in Skyloft.
Repair shop of the Bazaar
First of all you must know that Gondo can only improve your items that are in your arsenal and your bag (not in the Item Check).
Then, in order to make him improve the Seed Satchel, the Bomb Bag and the Quiver you have to buy first the small ones at the Gear Shop or find them in several chests outside the dungeons. It's possible to carry the different bags which belong to the same type.

The mother sends several potions and the father can upgrade your potions if you want.

Wallets
The wallets can't be upgraded like the items. Basically you start with a small wallet which may contain 300 rupees.
Then you can buy 3 extra wallets in Beedle's Shop which allow you to hold 900 extra rupees.
Of course you are able to improve the capacity of your main wallet thanks to the Gratitude Crystals given to Batreaux: The Medium Wallet holds 500 rupees, the Big Wallet holds 1000 rupees, the Giant Wallet holds 5000 rupees and finally the Tycoon Wallet allows you to carry 9000 rupees!
