Here are the locations of these five handy bottles:

Locations

Skyloft

Given by the potion shop woman in the Bazaar when you talk to her for the first time.

Sealed Ground

Found in a small chest, at the back to the right.

Skyloft

Given by Parrow after saving his sister Orielle. Talk to a man who is worried about his sister on the square. She went away with her loftwing towards Fun Fun Island to the southwest. Agree to help him, then fly towards Fun Fun Island. A little before reaching the island you may see a loftwing lying on a small island. Land on it and speak to the girl. She tells you that her loftwing is injured and can't move anymore. It needs a special potion for loftwings which is given by her brother. Give her a hand by flying back to Skyloft. On the square explain the problem to Parrow, who gives you some Mushroom Spores in an empty bottle (if your bag isn't full). If your bag is full, leave an item in the Item Check. Go back to the small island and talk to Orielle to give her the medicine. You can keep the empty bottle for yourself.

Fire Sanctuary

After getting the Mogma Mitts, go back to the room with a fire hand. Get rid of it as the previous hands and follow the path to the west to find a chest (check out the walkthrough).

Small island southwest of the Isle of Songs

After activating the Goddess Cube nb 26 located on the Volcano Summit (to the right when arriving), land on this island and dig underground. Come out in the northwest of the island and climb the vines.

	Pumpkin Soup (hot)	Gives you 8 hearts; becomes cold after 5 minutes	Available in Pumpkin Landing for 10 rupees
	Mushroom Spores	Heal loftwing wounds	Given by Parrow, Orielle's brother, on the Skyloft square
	Glittering Spores (5 charges)	Paralyse enemies and slow down insects by pouring these spores on them	Can be taken after slicing a big glittering mushroom in Faron Woods, for instance near the bird statue "In the Woods"
	Ordinary Water	Quenches frogs or yourself ^^	Can be taken in any stream
	Sacred Water	Heals the Water Dragon	In Skyview Temple in front of the Goddess Statue (2nd waterfall on the left)
